15-16.06.2011 - Agrifac UK’s presence at the UK’s premier agricultural show will go down in the record books as a great success.
Cereals draws in the crowds for Agrifac

Agrifac UK’s presence at the UK’s premier agricultural show will go down in the record books as a great success. With a new 2011 Condor 36m/4,000-litre machine sold to John White of Turves in Cambridgeshire on the stand, plus the StabiloPlus demo rig, the crowds were flocking to witness just how a modern sprayer should be designed and built.
The Agrifac UK demo machine was displayed around the Sprays and Sprayers arena four times over the two day event, impressing onlookers with its boom and chassis stability, ride quality and turning speeds. Stand visitors were also impressed by the now famous ‘Agrifac Girls’, who ensured that the accessory to have at the show was an Agrifac carry bag!
Andy Carse, director of Agrifac UK Ltd., said: “we were inundated with both existing customers and those who are new to Agrifac and its products over the two days, and have taken many enquires for the Condor sprayers, beet harvesters and the Python drain cleaner.”
Andy added: “The features of the 2011 Condor, including a totally new fluid system, GreenFlowPlus, and the new cab with EcoTronicPlus, ensure that UK farmers can operate this machine to a very high accuracy.”
As well as enquiries for new machines, Agrifac’s UK and Dutch staff on the stand had much interest in used equipment, highlighting this important aspect of the machinery trade.
Over the two days, 27,000 visitors flooded through the gates at the event, held this year at Boothby Graffoe, Lincolnshire, on the 15th and 16th June.
The Cereals event highlights a host of agricultural practices, including agronomy, cultivation, harvesting and, of course, disease and pest management. Dedicated zones ensured visitors were able to find products and services to suit their interest.
